Had lunch with some friends who suggested Russ's Place. I'm sure glad I went, great service, and the best burger I've had in a long time. They named it right, The Awesome Burger with fries, very well put together and tasty, will ne going back, I recommend this place.
Atmosphere is on par with your average small-town dive bar, but the food is amazing, and you get really large portions for what you pay for. Highly recommend the nuggets and the Giant Awesome Burger!
We had a group of 9 adults and 5 children for a gathering. The waitress did an amazing job, the food was very good with generous portions and we could not believe the price! For this day and age, more than reasonable!
My son and I were staying a block away at the Quality Inn and randomly found Russ's Place. From the outside I would have never guessed what was inside. Very friendly server, warm local bar with great food. The cook has been creating meals for a long time and I could tell he took great pride in his work. We had burgers and a take out pizza at great prices. I recommend both! One of the best local bar foods I've ever had . Well done!
We were driving through and ordered ahead. The food was ready when we got there. Good tuna melt and BLT. WELe didn't stick around for a drink, but it felt like a comfortable place to hang out and relax
Well shoot, this place is pretty darn good. On the way to Walla Walla we were feeling like we could go for burgers. Russ's place did not disappoint. Now, there was a little mistake in the kitchen, and the food ended up coming out a fair bit longer than it normally would have. The server explained and apologized and the chef came out personally and brought us some apple crumble dessert. It was really good. It's on the list.
First time going, out on a work trip, not usually my go to but not to many places to eat close to the hotel and glad I went the food was great personally worth the wait!
Had a meal here during our trip to Los Angeles. Our hosts were adorable and the food was delicious for the price we paid. Don't hesitate to halt here for a moment.
Staff were friendly. When I arrived to pick up food I was unsure despite the positive reviews. Opened up the food back at the hotel and was pleased with the quality of the food. Would order again if in same area. BTW the fried chicken breast meat was real moist.
You have to give this bar a shot.. on the surface it's just another bar, but open a menu, have a beer.. find the high quality and low prices with a nice atmosphere... In my mind there is no better combination from a bar. Usually the food is meh, but not at Russ's place.. typically they skimp or cut corners.. not at Russ's place.. feeling hungry for some damn good chicken? Go big.. get the 16 piece chicken and wonder why the hell you ever went to a KFC before.. like Pizza? They do it right, they make it tasty as hell.. and then you have a decent selection of beers to wash it down, all without breaking the bank.. Russ's place is the best bar in town in my opinion.. just leave the bullshit at the door because that's not what they are about. Seriously, check it out..
